Bilson Arms' Blue Collar Series suppressors are versatile, user-serviceable sound suppressors designed for multi-caliber applications.
These suppressors feature a robust construction with 2024 Aluminum bodys and high-strength stainless steel baffles, available in two lengths: a compact 6-inch model and an extended 8-inch version.
Weighing between 15.8 to 17.5 ounces, they accommodate an impressive caliber range from .17-.24, .264-.33 and.35-.45, including specialized configurations for cartridges up to 450 Bushmaster.
The suppressors utilize direct thread mounting with multiple thread pitch options (1/2-28, 5/8-24, and 5/8-32) and deliver substantial sound reduction of 32-35 decibels.
Available in Cerakote finishes of Graphite Black or FDE, these suppressors incorporate 7 baffles in the 6-inch model and 9 baffles in the 8-inch version.
While not full-auto rated, they're designed for semi-automatic use and come backed by a lifetime warranty, making them an accessible and reliable suppression solution for recreational and sporting shooters.

BILSON ARMS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Scope of Warranty
Bilson Arms, LLC (“Bilson Arms”) warrants to the original purchaser that its firearms and genuine Bilson Arms accessories (“Product”) are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the Product. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is effective from the date of purchase and remains valid for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the Product.
Warranty Coverage
Under this Limited Lifetime Warranty, Bilson Arms will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any Product found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and service, free of charge for parts and labor. Coverage includes all original components as manufactured by Bilson Arms.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Ensure the firearm is COMPLETELY UNLOADED.

Once your claim is approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Remove all accessories and non-factory parts.

Securely package the Product, include proof of purchase (if available), and clearly mark the RMA number on the package.

Ship the Product as instructed. Bilson Arms will evaluate, repair, or replace the Product as necessary and cover return shipping.
Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not cover:

Misuse, abuse, negligence, improper storage or handling.

Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

Cosmetic wear or normal wear and tear.

Damage from reloaded, remanufactured, or non-factory ammunition.

Non-Bilson Arms parts or accessories.

Products with removed, altered, or defaced serial numbers.

Consequential or incidental damages (e.g., personal injury, economic loss).

Products from unauthorized dealers or private sales.

Shipping costs not pre-approved by Bilson Arms.

Commercial use (e.g., range rentals).

Damage due to corrosion, poor maintenance, or use in adverse conditions.
Note: Items with glass or electronic components (e.g., scopes, sights) are typically covered by their original manufacturers, not Bilson Arms.
State Law Disclosure
Some states do not allow exclusions or limitations on implied warranties or incidental/consequential damages. Therefore, some limitations may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price paid to Bilson Arms or its authorized dealer, excluding shipping and insurance costs.
All other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed unless otherwise required by law.

Firearm Purchase Process

Shipping Process
Once we receive the FFL documentation, we will ship your firearm to your selected dealer. Non-firearm items in your order will be shipped directly to your specified address. -
Background Check and Transfer
Upon arrival at your FFL, you will need to complete the required ATF Form 4473 and pass a background check before the firearm can be transferred to you.
