BILSON ARMS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

SCOPE OF WARRANTY

Bilson Arms, LLC ("Bilson Arms") warrants to the original purchaser that this Bilson Arms firearm or genuine Bilson Arms accessory (the "Product") is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the Product. This Limited Lifetime Warranty becomes effective from the date of purchase and extends for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the Product.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

Under this Limited Lifetime Warranty, Bilson Arms will repair, at its sole discretion, any Product that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and service, without charge to the original purchaser for parts or labor. This warranty includes all original components of the Product as manufactured by Bilson Arms.

MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Ensure the firearm is COMPLETELY UNLOADED.

  2. Contact Bilson Arms Customer Service at (337) 314-9481 or submit a warranty claim form on our website at www.bilsonarms.com/warranty.

  3. Upon approval of your claim, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  4. Remove all accessories and non-factory components before shipping.

  5. Package the Product securely, include a copy of your original purchase receipt if available, and clearly mark the package with the provided RMA number.

  6. Ship the Product as directed in the shipping instructions provided with your RMA.

 

Bilson Arms will evaluate the Product and, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective part(s). Repaired Products will be returned to you at Bilson Arms' expense.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, improper or inadequate storage or transportation, or failure to follow the operating instructions and safety guidelines provided with the Product.

  • Damage resulting from improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs.

  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, or any other damage that does not affect functionality.

  • Damage caused by the use of non-factory ammunition, including reloaded, remanufactured, or handloaded ammunition.

  • Damage resulting from the use of non-Bilson Arms parts or accessories.

  • Products where the serial number has been removed, altered, or defaced.

  • Consequential or incidental damages, including personal injury, property damage, or economic losses.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or through private sales.

  • Transportation costs to ship the Product to Bilson Arms for warranty service if Bilson Arms has not pre-approved such shipment.

 

Bilson Arms does not warrant its firearms or other products against normal wear and tear, items consumed or expended by their normal use (including springs, pins, etc.), improper maintenance, neglect, product misuse (including criminal misuse, negligence or use under the influence of drugs or alcohol), accidental damage, or damage caused by improper handling, unapproved modifications to the product, defective or improper ammunition, or corrosion or any other damage due to exposure to the elements. Defective accessories from other manufacturers (e.g., scopes, suppressors, flash hiders, sights, slings, parts with glass or electronic components, etc.) may be warranted by their original manufacturers but are not covered by this warranty. Defective, reloaded, and/or improper ammunition is also not covered by this warranty. Bilson Arms shall make the final determination as to whether its products are defective. Firearms purchased for use in, or used in, a commercial setting (e.g., range rentals) are also excluded from this warranty.

STATE LAW IMPLICATIONS

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or consequential and incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

 

ADDITIONAL WARRANTY NOTES

  • Registration Required: Bilson Arms does require Product registration to validate this warranty, registration is recommended to facilitate warranty claims.

  • Proof of Purchase: While not strictly required, having your original purchase receipt will expedite warranty claims.

  • Shipping: For approved warranty claims, Bilson Arms will cover the cost of return shipping to the customer.

  • Service Timeframe: Bilson Arms strives to complete all warranty repairs within 30 days of receipt of the Product, although actual service times may vary based on parts availability and service volume.

  • 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: Bilson Arms offers a "100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all manufacturer defects" to ensure customer confidence in our products.

UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BILSON ARMS OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, PARENTS, OR SUBSIDIARIES BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ANY INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE BILSON ARMS' PRODUCTS, HOWEVER CAUSED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF BILSON ARMS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL BILSON ARMS' LIABILITY IN THE AGGREGATE EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE ORIGINAL OWNER FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE FIREARM OR OTHER PRODUCT TO BILSON ARMS OR ONE OF ITS AUTHORIZED, LICENSED DEALERS, LESS ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH SHIPPING AND INSURANCE.

 

BILSON ARMS ON BEHALF OF ITSELF, DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR OTHERWISE, NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. TO THE EXTENT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES MAY NONETHELESS EXIST BY OPERATION OF LAW, SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION PROVIDED BY LAW. BILSON ARMS DOES NOT ASSUME OR AUTHORIZE ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY (INCLUDING ANY MEMBER OF BILSON ARMS OR ANY UNRELATED PERSON OR ENTITY) TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH ITS PRODUCTS.
