Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

1. General Policy

Bilson Arms is committed to delivering elite-quality firearms, suppressors, accessories, and components manufactured with meticulous engineering and precision machining. We stand behind every product that leaves our facility in Broussard, Louisiana. This Return, Refund & Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranty services are handled.

By placing an order with Bilson Arms, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

2. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

All returns, regardless of reason, require prior authorization from Bilson Arms. No returns will be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To request an RMA, contact Bilson Arms Customer Service by phone or email. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a detailed description of the reason for the return.

Items received without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.

3. Firearms Return Policy

This section applies to all Bilson Arms firearms, including the BA-15FC, BA-9FC, BA-PAR, and all pistol configurations.

3.1 Inspection Before Transfer

IMPORTANT: Customers must thoroughly inspect all firearms at the receiving FFL dealer before completing the transfer. Once a firearm has been transferred to the customer through the FFL, it is considered used, even if unfired. Returns after transfer are subject to significant limitations as outlined below.

3.2 Returns Before FFL Transfer

If a defect, damage, or discrepancy is identified before the FFL transfer is completed, the customer must contact Bilson Arms immediately to obtain an RMA. In such cases:

  • Bilson Arms will arrange for the firearm to be returned at no cost to the customer.

  • Upon inspection and verification, Bilson Arms will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at our discretion.

  • The customer will not be responsible for return shipping fees when the issue is attributable to Bilson Arms.

3.3 Returns After FFL Transfer

Once a firearm has been transferred through the FFL to the customer, all sales are considered final. Returns after transfer are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or preference. However, if a manufacturing defect is discovered after transfer, the firearm is covered under our Manufacturer’s Warranty (see Section 7).

3.4 Unclaimed Firearms

If a firearm is not picked up from the FFL within 30 days of arrival—including cases of failed background checks, refusal to pick up, or any other reason the transfer cannot be completed—the order will be canceled. A refund will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee, return shipping costs, and any original shipping charges. FFL transfer fees are non-refundable by Bilson Arms.

4. NFA Items (Suppressors)

This section applies to all Blue Collar Series suppressors manufactured by Bilson Arms.

  • All NFA item (suppressor) sales are final once the ATF Form 4 transfer has been completed.

  • Customers should inspect the suppressor thoroughly at the NFA FFL dealer before accepting the transfer.
