 PUMP ACTION OPERATION NOTICE

The Bilson Arms BA-PUMP ACTION RIFLE (PAR) is designed and manufactured as a PUMP ACTION FIREARM that requires manual operation of the forward charging handle to cycle the action for each shot. This firearm incorporates a PROPRIETARY PUMP ACTION SYSTEM engineered and manufactured exclusively by Bilson Arms,LLC that CANNOT BE MODIFIED OR CONVERTED to operate in semi-automatic mode. 

The BA-PUMP ACTION RIFLE (PAR) does NOT operate in semi-automatic mode and requires deliberate manual cycling between each fired round. The action is designed to be operated by forward and rearward movement of the charging handle located on the handguard. The proprietary internal mechanism prevents any conversion to semi-automatic operation, ensuring the firearm maintains its pump action classification regardless of any attempted modifications.

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT: By purchasing, possessing, or using any Bilson Arms BA-PUMP ACTION RIFLE (PAR) firearm, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

1. STATE AND LOCAL LAW COMPLIANCE: It is solely the customer's responsibility to ensure that the BA-PUMP ACTION RIFLE (PAR) firearm complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in their jurisdiction of residence, possession, and use.
2.  REGULATORY VARIATION: Firearm laws vary significantly between states, localities, and jurisdictions, and such laws are subject to change without notice.
3.  INDEPENDENT LEGAL RESEARCH: The customer must independently research and verify the legality of possessing and using the BA-PUMP ACTION RIFLE (PAR) in their specific location before purchase, possession, or use.
4. LEGAL CONSULTATION: Customers are strongly encouraged to consult with qualified legal counsel familiar with firearms law in their jurisdiction if there is any uncertainty regarding legal compliance.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Bilson Arms,LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively "Bilson Arms,LLC") hereby disclaim and SHALL NOT be held liable for:

• - Any violations of federal, state, or local laws resulting from the customer's possession, use, modification, or transfer of the BA-PUMP ACTION RIFLE (PAR) firearm
• - Any legal consequences, fines, penalties, or criminal charges resulting from non-compliance with applicable firearms laws
• - Any damages, losses, or legal expenses incurred as a result of the customer's use or possession of the BA-PUMP ACTION RIFLE (PAR) in violation of applicable laws
• - Any changes in applicable laws or regulations that may affect the legal status of the BA-PUMP ACTION RIFLE (PAR) after the date of sale

WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS

Bilson Arms,LLC makes NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS regarding the legal status of the BA-PUMP ACTION RIFLE (PAR) firearm in any specific jurisdiction. The customer acknowledges that the legal classification and permissibility of pump action firearms may vary by location and that such determinations are beyond the control and responsibility of Bilson Arms,LLC.

 CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing the purchase of a BA-PUMP ACTION RIFLE (PAR) firearm, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this disclaimer and accept full responsibility for ensuring legal compliance in their jurisdiction.

Age Restrictions

Bilson Arms complies with all applicable age restrictions and will not process orders from individuals who do not meet the legal age requirements in their jurisdiction.

Firearm Purchase Process

All firearm purchases must be facilitated through a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). When purchasing a firearm from Bilson Arms, please follow these steps:

• Select Your Firearm
  Choose your desired Bilson Arms product through our online store.

• Find a Local FFL
  During checkout, you will be prompted to select an FFL dealer in your area where you would like the firearm to be shipped.

• Complete Your Order
  Provide all required information and complete your purchase.

• FFL Coordination
  Have your selected FFL contact us at [email protected] or (337) 314-9481 with a copy of their FFL license and your order information.

• Shipping Process
  Once we receive the FFL documentation, we will ship your firearm to your selected dealer. Non-firearm items in your order will be shipped directly to your specified address.

• Background Check and Transfer
  Upon arrival at your FFL, you will need to complete the required ATF Form 4473 and pass a background check before the firearm can be transferred to you.

Restricted Items and State-Specific Regulations

Many states have enacted laws restricting certain firearms, magazines, and components. These restrictions may include, but are not limited to:

• Assault weapon bans and feature restrictions

Note: Firearms can only be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer (FFL). You must follow these steps to obtain the firearm. 

• Contact the FFL Dealer you chose. Your FFL Dealer will need to email their signed FFL License to Compliance@BilsonArms.com. Your FFL Dealer must include your name and order information.  

Firearm(s) will not be shipped until payment goes through and the FFL has sent their signed license. The responsibility lies with the purchaser to understand the laws governing their state and parish/county.

Scope of Warranty

Bilson Arms, LLC (“Bilson Arms”) warrants to the original purchaser that its firearms and genuine Bilson Arms accessories (“Product”) are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the Product. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is effective from the date of purchase and remains valid for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the Product.

Warranty Coverage

Under this Limited Lifetime Warranty, Bilson Arms will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any Product found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and service, free of charge for parts and labor. Coverage includes all original components as manufactured by Bilson Arms.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

• Ensure the firearm is COMPLETELY UNLOADED.

• Contact us at (337) 314-9481 or submit a claim form at www.bilsonarms.com/warranty.

• Once your claim is approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• Remove all accessories and non-factory parts.

• Securely package the Product, include proof of purchase (if available), and clearly mark the RMA number on the package.

• Ship the Product as instructed. Bilson Arms will evaluate, repair, or replace the Product as necessary and cover return shipping.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

• Misuse, abuse, negligence, improper storage or handling.

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

• Cosmetic wear or normal wear and tear.

• Damage from reloaded, remanufactured, or non-factory ammunition.

• Non-Bilson Arms parts or accessories.

• Products with removed, altered, or defaced serial numbers.

• Consequential or incidental damages (e.g., personal injury, economic loss).

• Products from unauthorized dealers or private sales.

• Shipping costs not pre-approved by Bilson Arms.

• Commercial use (e.g., range rentals).

• Damage due to corrosion, poor maintenance, or use in adverse conditions.

Note: Items with glass or electronic components (e.g., scopes, sights) are typically covered by their original manufacturers, not Bilson Arms.

State Law Disclosure

Some states do not allow exclusions or limitations on implied warranties or incidental/consequential damages. Therefore, some limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Additional Warranty Notes

• Registration: Not required, but recommended for faster claims processing.

• Proof of Purchase: Helpful but not mandatory.

• Shipping: Bilson Arms pays for return shipping on approved warranty repairs.

• Service Timeframe: Repairs typically completed within 30 days, depending on parts and service volume.

• Satisfaction Guarantee: All manufacturer defects are backed by a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Limitation of Liability

Unless otherwise required by law:

Bilson Arms and its affiliates shall not be liable for personal injury, property damage, or any incidental, special, punitive, indirect, or consequential damages — including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption — arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

Total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price paid to Bilson Arms or its authorized dealer, excluding shipping and insurance costs.

All other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed unless otherwise required by law.
